Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in manufacturing.
5 years of experience in embedded software or test automation with Python.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations.
Experience with developing manufacturing test hardware using electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation.
Understanding of networking fundamentals in PCIe, Ethernet, and TCP/IP.
Ability to generate product-specific test plans and execute testing accordingly.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing test development for hardware designs to support machine learning (ML) data center products.
Define the manufacturing test strategy for products and work with partners to develop test solutions.
Design, build, and deploy test platforms for Google's manufacturing partners.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes, driving issues to closure with preventive measures and documenting debug processes and findings.
Develop automated test software for functional tests, conduct code reviews, and debug test failures.
