About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) for the PAC-3 Munitions Acceleration team is responsible for the successful execution of a large ramp-to-rate effort. This role has a heavy focus on supporting proposals, collaborating on make-where decisions, and driving tooling from identifying the need to delivery and prove-out. The position involves supporting proposals and coordinating the identification, design, procurement, delivery, and prove-out of PAC-3 tooling. Responsibilities include generating proposal artifacts, Tangible Item Lists (TILs), and labor estimates to enable make-where and make-split decisions. The role also involves planning budgets and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) activities, coordinating make-site efforts, writing Tooling Action Requests (TARs), developing tooling Statements of Work (SOWs), and managing priorities for design, fabrication, and prove-out. Additionally, the role requires consolidating complex tooling status data into actionable insight for leadership and USG customers, and driving cross-site and supplier collaboration to ensure timely delivery and successful verification of tooling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Experience supporting proposals
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
