In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development and implementation for assigned projects. Ensure all processes meet safety standards, product specifications, and business goals. Apply manufacturing engineering principles to optimize equipment performance and production efficiency. Drive continuous improvement using tools and methodologies aligned with Cummins standards. Develop and standardize manufacturing processes, procedures, and work methods. Collaborate with and influence internal teams, external stakeholders, and business leaders. Manage project execution by coordinating internal and external resources.
