Manufacturing Engineer Senior (Level 3)
About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineer Senior (Level 3) will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, responsible for process improvement, shop-floor support, and equipment issue resolution on a 4/10 D schedule (Thursday-Sunday). The role involves driving continuous improvement and ensuring smooth operations during the specified shift. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, providing shop-floor support for defect reviews and line stoppages, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align production schedules and resources.
Requirements
- Technical Engineering Degree OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years supporting manufacturing processes
- Ability to work 4/10 D - Thursday - Sunday
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
Nice To Haves
- Root cause and corrective action experience
- Knowledge of machining, grinding, sheet metal, assembly, and ceramic fabrication
- Ability to communicate technical topics
- Excellent people skills
