Requirements

BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 3+ years of progressive Manufacturing / Process Engineering
A strong background with SMT, Through-hole (THT) Insertion, Paste printing, Wave Soldering, Hand soldering, Assembly, IPC standards, and Statistical techniques.
Knowledgeable regarding TQM, SPC, Continuous Improvement, Process Control, Cellular Flow, JIT, 5S, and Cycle Time Reduction

Responsibilities

Main focus is improving the Quality and Process Control in day to day manufacturing
Hands on Utilization and understanding of various problem solving tools
Advanced Product Quality Planning
Customer/ Vendor contact
8D problem solving methodology
Continuous improvement plans
Skilled in the design and execution of process and productivity improvements
