Manufacturing Engineer Lead
About The Position
onsemi is seeking a Lead Engineer at the Nampa onsemi fab. This role serves as the on-shift engineering leadership/supervisor for CFA and Probe engineering and technician teams that support the manufacture of CMOS Image Sensors. Each shift has a Lead Engineer who is responsible for managing the technicians and engineers on their shift, ensuring the work environment is safe, ensuring their team follows safety policies and guidelines, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed per plan. This means that job assignments for the activities on their shift are properly assigned and supported by qualified technicians and engineers. onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future. Requirements
- Leadership experience in engineering or technician teams
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with CMOS Image Sensors
- Knowledge of safety policies and guidelines
- Ability to manage and assign tasks effectively
- Experience in ensuring maintenance activities are completed
