Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of maintenance strategies and best practices, you will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. By applying reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles, you will work to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and utilize maintenance management software to track and manage maintenance activities effectively. Your role will also involve providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering their professional growth, and continuously developing and implementing quality control measures to uphold industry standards.
