This role is for a Manufacturing Engineer III, E2E Delivery, supporting the MedTech Orthopaedics business at Johnson & Johnson's Raynham, MA location. Johnson & Johnson is planning to separate its Orthopaedics business into a standalone company, DePuy Synthes, which this position is anticipated to transition to. The role involves developing complex manufacturing engineering principles and practices for supply chain engineering projects, focusing on improving performance and efficiencies. The engineer will work collaboratively with management on engineering schematics and methods, and represent the company in engineering structure, efficiencies, and deliverables. The position requires a diverse manufacturing background, preferably in medium to large-scale manufacturing companies, with experience in new product introduction (NPI), process improvement, capacity expansions, and site optimization. Excellent communication and multi-functional team collaboration skills are essential.
