Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing, automation, industrial engineering, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting industrial robots or PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving manufacturing, equipment, or process issues with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced manufacturing process design
  • Automation and robotics integration
  • Cross-functional engineering collaboration
  • Project management and technical leadership
  • Manufacturing system design and implementation
  • Engineering data analysis and performance improvement
  • Proficient Computer Skills : Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial robot programming experience (ABB, FANUC, or similar platforms).
  • Allen-Bradley PLC and/or HMI troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience commissioning, modifying, or optimizing automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex manufacturing process development and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional improvement projects involving production, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Support automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Lead root cause investigations for complex manufacturing problems.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Partner with R&D teams on design for manufacturability initiatives.
  • Develop long-term manufacturing process improvement strategies.
