About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer II role focuses on supporting daily manufacturing operations, including performing Material Review Board (MRB) dispositions and managing router changes and updates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mindset for improving quality and productivity, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a team player mentality with strong problem-solving skills, experience in high-mix and high-volume operations, and robust process management skills with effective follow-ups. A strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes is essential, along with the ability to set up and update manufacturing routers. Adherence to all EHS policies and procedures, including immediate reporting of incidents/accidents, is mandatory. The position also involves supporting engineering-related projects to meet department and facility goals.

Requirements

3+ years in Aerospace manufacturing
GD&T knowledge
Solidworks experience
ERP systems experience

Nice To Haves

Understanding of fastener manufacturing
Understanding of metal forming, heading, nut forming, progressive die presses
Understanding of conventional and CNC machining
