About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer I to help us eliminate waste, enhance workflow, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You will evaluate processes, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and play a pivotal role in the launch of exciting new products.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering.
- Previous experience in medical device production environment (1-3 years).
- Problem solving knowledge. (Ex. Yellow or Green Belt methodology).
- English verbal and writing communication.
- 1st Shift Availability; including weekends. Tuesday to Saturday / Sunday to Thursday

Responsibilities
- Responsible for production support engineering with respect to testing methods, procedures, and problems; device/product and yield problems; analysis of product rejection; supplier related engineering changes and optimizing production relative to cost constraints.
