About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will support the optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. You will work with cross-functional teams—including Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D—to assist in continuous improvement activities and support daily manufacturing operations. This role is 100% onsite at our Galesville, WI facility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
0-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems preferred.
Six Sigma exposure preferred.
Exposure to automation and robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and improving under guidance for manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
Support workflow and layout analysis with direction from senior engineers.
Help maintain process control techniques to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies, methods, and techniques.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to develop and implement quality control procedures.
Assist with manufacturability reviews and documentation for new product development.
