About The Position
This role provides technical expertise across production, cost, quality, and safety compliance for the assembly of fuel injectors. The shift for this position is the 2nd Shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to facilitate and create APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and PFMEA
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to facilitate and host cross-functional meetings, both in person and virtually
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects

- Assembly and test experience is desired
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed
- Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process
- Investigate and resolve issues resulting from first test pass failures
- Create and update all APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams
