The Mechanical Design Follow Up Engineer will specialize in and deliver Final Assembly Tooling to GVOSS intent. They will provide a consistent level of proficiency required to implement engineering standards, capture and deploy lessons learned. Foster/mentor FAE engineers and tooling integrators through program tool design to ensure all production tooling meets GVOSS intent and is appropriate for the respective application. They will be expected to maintain process and launch expertise in all tooling and process development.
Requirements
- Specialization in Final Assembly Tooling.
- Proficiency in implementing engineering standards.
- Ability to capture and deploy lessons learned.
- Mentorship skills for FAE engineers and tooling integrators.
- Understanding of GVOSS intent for production tooling.
- Expertise in tooling and process development.
