About The Position

As an End-of-Line (EOL) Diagnostics Engineer, you will play a critical role in assuring Quality in the final stage of vehicle manufacturing. You will be part of the team performing, troubleshooting vehicles and executing all the End of Line tests ensuring that every vehicle leaving the line meets our high standards. Your work will directly influence vehicle quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in vehicle diagnostics, end-of-line testing, or integration.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle architecture and systems integration (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, high-voltage systems, etc.).
  • Proficiency with diagnostic, testing and vehicle communication tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe, UDS protocol, etc).
  • Experience documenting and managing rework processes and reflash procedures in a manufacturing or prototyping environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, build-focused, fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute complete End of Line Procedures
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and software issues discovered during end-of-line testing and bring-up.
  • Lead and support rework operations, including defining rework instructions, verifying fix effectiveness, and closing issues in tracking systems.
  • Flash software (on vehicle and on bench), execute system calibrations with UDS protocol, and validate critical vehicle functions during initial vehicle power-up.
  • Diagnose issues across all vehicle domains—powertrain, chassis, thermal, infotainment, ADAS, body, and network communication systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to escalate systemic issues and ensure alignment on resolution paths.
  • Use diagnostic tools, log analysis, and CAN data interpretation (CAN Trace) to troubleshoot complex multi-system failures.
  • Create clear, concise issue reports and failure documentation to support rapid engineering triage and closure.
  • Drive implementation of short-term containment measures and contribute to long-term design and process improvements.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve end-of-line diagnostic workflows, test scripts, and validation tools.
