About The Position
This role focuses on manufacturing process improvement and validation, providing daily support to quality and operation teams. The position involves a mix of office work, including PCN (Process Change Notification) documentation, testing reports, prototype design, and manufacturing process analysis, as well as significant time on the shop floor and in the lab for troubleshooting and prototype validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required
- 5-7 years of experience
- Manufacturing / Machining environmental experience
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability
- Team player and detail oriented
- Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports
- Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas
