About The Position

The Manufacturing Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw manufacturing data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and product quality improvements. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Experience working with manufacturing data or in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Programming experience in Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing data from various sources including production equipment, sensors, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and downtime.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes of manufacturing issues through statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and pilot projects aimed at process optimization and defect reduction.
• Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and detailed reports to support decision-making.
