About The Position

Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Manufacturing Data Analyst 1 for a 12-month duration in El Segundo, California. The role operates on a 9x80 work schedule. This position supports production, business, and other processes within a team-based manufacturing environment. The analyst will engage in various cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. Responsibilities may include facilitating self-directed work teams, providing training, and interacting with internal and external customers on product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. The role requires experience in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant administrative/scheduling experience.
  • Experience in a team environment providing support to a diverse customer base with a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience managing competing demands while still meeting critical deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook with calendar functionality.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and step forward for projects.
  • Skilled with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skill (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in business, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing in an aerospace or industrial field.
  • Experience with ERP/MRO systems such as SAP or MES.
  • Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities
