About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a temporary Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to support the 2027 Standard Cost Roll process. The primary focus of this role will be validating manufacturing master data and cost drivers to ensure accurate product costing within Oracle ERP. This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity located in Pensacola, FL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, costing support, or ERP master data management
• Experience with BOM structures, routings, cycle time studies, and labor standards
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation
• Experience working in Oracle ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting annual standard cost roll processes
• Knowledge of discrete manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with time studies, work measurement, and manufacturing cost accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Conduct Bill of Material (BOM) audits and validate component structures for accuracy
• Review and update manufacturing routings, operations, and work center assignments
• Analyze and validate labor standards, cycle times, setup times, and machine rates
• Perform data cleanup and corrections in Oracle ERP
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve cost roll discrepancies
• Support standard cost analysis and identify opportunities to improve data accuracy
• Document findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
