About The Position

The Manufacturing Coordinator/Analyst supports continuous improvement efforts within manufacturing operations. The role gathers and analyzes data related to customer complaints, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), documentation corrections, and other operational concerns to identify opportunities and develop solutions that improve manufacturing processes. It works closely with leadership, Supervisors, and Line Leaders to investigate concerns and implement improvements, while also providing administrative and coordination support to manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement (CI).
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams of employees.
• Understanding of cGMP and Lean principles.
• Ability to provide administrative support and coordinate multiple activities while managing competing priorities.

• Experience in manufacturing, including projects, leadership, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Observe and gather data regarding operational concerns.
• Recommend manufacturing process changes and improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Work with leadership, Supervisors, and Line Leaders to identify and implement improvements.
• Help maintain current and accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identify needed updates, and coordinate documentation revisions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to manufacturing operations, including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and other departmental needs.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of departmental activities, initiatives, and events.
