About The Position

The Manufacturing / Construction Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturing processes and construction project requirements. This position is responsible for managing schedules, resources, and communication channels to support timely delivery of materials and services essential for construction activities. The coordinator acts as a liaison between manufacturing teams, construction managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical challenges. By maintaining detailed records and tracking project progress, the role ensures compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Ultimately, this position contributes to the successful completion of construction projects by facilitating efficient manufacturing support and service coordination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing coordination, construction services, or project support roles.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and construction project workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience working in the construction industry with exposure to manufacturing supply chains.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory compliance in construction and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or construction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing schedules with construction project timelines to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing teams, construction managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Monitor and track the progress of manufacturing orders and delivery status to support construction milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to manufacturing orders, service requests, and project specifications.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to manufacturing delays or quality concerns impacting construction activities.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Facilitate regular meetings and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
