Your work will be varied and exciting, including operating high-speed equipment, mastering computer-controlled processes, and performing essential preventive maintenance. Right from the start, you'll be making a tangible difference, shaping outcomes and contributing to critical business solutions.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
  • Willing to work rotating shifts-24/7
  • Able to display skills in manufacturing processes, including operating, maintaining and cleaning automated equipment
  • Display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • You must be able to work 24/7 on a rotating 12-hour shifts
  • You must have fine dexterity to cut and use hand tools
  • You must be able to stand and walk for 12 hours, with only ~10 minute "sedentary” each hour
  • You must be able to lift 45 pounds to at least 5 feet 6 inches, 10 – 20 times in a 12 hour shift
  • You must have a horizontal reaching ability of 3 feet from a standing position
  • You must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and climb steps, twist, turn
  • You must be able to step on and off 1 or 2 step platforms that do not have handrails
  • You must be able to wear hearing protection, eye protection, bump caps and steel toed shoes to be compliant with OSHA safety regulations
