  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Dynamically program for CNC sheet metal manufacturing equipment based on daily customer requirements demands.
  • Stay on schedule so that adequate work is always available for all machines.
  • Work with the manufacturing team to maintain proper lead time for schedule of jobs to be completed.
  • Include continuous improvement / lean manufacturing techniques and processes to advance safety, quality, delivery and decrease cost into the products and facility.
  • Proficient use of OEM programming software for punching, bending and laser machines for daily production sheet metal manufacturing.
  • Proficient in using all server-based software seats.
  • Capable of daily production programming for all product lines.
  • Capable of trouble shooting and correcting programming errors.
  • Capable of setting up new material configurations, material types and material sizes.
  • Capable of setting up new tools and head setups.
  • Capable of configuring automated and manual programming settings per manufacturing processes.
  • Use of OEM software for retrieving detailed production data and reporting out.
  • Ability to multitask with different software packages.
