About The Position

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist with strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving? Do you take pride in precision, teamwork, and continuous learning? If so, we’d love to have you join our team! As a CNC Machinist, you will operate and program HAAS CNC Multi-Axis machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. Your role will involve machine setup, troubleshooting, and collaborating with a team to maintain top-tier manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Machinist Certificate or Diploma (required)
• Fit-For-Duty: Must be able to drug and fitness screening, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Shop or Manufacturing Industries
• Familiarity with HAAS CNC Multi-Axis operations
• Strong mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
• Good hand-working skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Competence in math for technical calculations
• Mature attitude toward learning and professional responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Read, edit, and modify machining programs as needed

• Work with jigs and holding fixtures designs to optimize operations
