As a member of the Test Lab team, you will support departmental customers with documentation integrity, the department with organizational best practices and maintenance of inventory.

Requirements

  • A detailed eye for documentation quality and how to improve it
  • Comfortable clearly communicating with customers and peers
  • Able to work in a team environment cordially and effectively
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to balance multiple deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
  • High School diploma/certificate or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Review and sign off testing documentation to maintain integrity and Good Documentation Practices
  • Order lab consumables, fixtures, and equipment
  • Maintain the inventory and cleanliness within the supply room
  • Ensure Lot History Records and training documentation is accurate
  • Maintain inventory of electronics and associated software
  • Execute time studies to improve the accuracy of scheduling
  • Generate and maintain reports
