About The Position

Selected candidates will be required to perform a variety of duties such as: Always maintain highest level of safety and quality. Follow written and verbal instructions. Use manual and mechanical devices such as chain hoists, drum carts, and pallet jacks; to move, stage or lift material. Accurately weigh and safely add materials according to process orders. Set up and operate equipment for mixing and blending paint related materials. Help maintain accurate inventory levels and organization. Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Capability to learn quickly and work in a self-directed team environment
• Ok to work repetitive tasks with accuracy (10-hour shift)
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test (No Exceptions)

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Previous experience operating fork trucks
