About The Position
The Manufacturing Associate supports daily production operations by helping keep production running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role includes material handling, assisting with manufacturing activities, maintaining work areas, and supporting the team wherever needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
- Overhead crane experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.
- Inspect products for visible defects during production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.
- Work with supervisors and team members to support production goals.
- Learn new tasks and assist in continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
