About The Position

Great Day Improvements LLC, home to Patio Enclosures and Stanek Windows, is hiring Production Associates at its manufacturing facility in Macedonia, Ohio. This is a full-time, first-shift position with paid training. Glass and door experience is valued, and the company is willing to train. Associates work on sunroom components and windows and are expected to produce quality work safely and on time, both independently and as part of a team. The first shift runs from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Knowledge of how to use small hand tools.
• Ability to read written instructions and cut lists.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.
• Problem-solving ability and a team-player attitude.
• Ability to multitask and communicate in an upbeat manner.

Nice To Haves

• Glass and door experience.

Responsibilities

• Cut, process, and assemble sunroom components and windows.
