About The Position

Seaman Corporation, a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics with over 75 years of experience in Northeast Ohio, is seeking Manufacturing Associates for their Night Shifts (C and D). The facility fosters a collaborative and innovative team-based atmosphere. As of March 1, 2026, the company will operate on a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule, requiring associates to work within this framework. The night shift will be from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to work the 4:3 schedule rotation (7p-7a for night shift).
• Pass Work-Keys Assessments.
• Pass Drug Screening.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Some computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work within the 4:3 schedule rotation.
• Perform manufacturing tasks on the night shift.
