About The Position
Join the team dedicated to manufacturing joy for the pets who mean the world to us. This is a light industrial assignment to hire Manufacturing Associates. Working in the freeze dry facility with pet food products in a temperature controlled environment (40–45 degrees).
Requirements
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and GMP standards
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Removing pet food trays from dispensers
- Handling and sifting product to ensure even distribution on trays for proper drying
- Placing trays onto racks on the drying line
- Material handling using manual hand trucks or pallet jacks
- Moving racks into drying modules
- Hand sorting product as needed
- Following GMP and food safety guidelines at all times
