Requirements
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machine
- Attaching border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gun
- Lifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier system
- Keeping your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift
