About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate works as part of the manufacturing department preparing the final products for shipment. The Manufacturing Associate will also assist in other areas of production, as assigned. This role reports to the Quality Supervisor. The position requires a commitment to quality and the ability to enable and drive change within the organization. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and may change at management's discretion.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience in lieu of diploma/GED
Ability to work on the production and warehouse floor, involving walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling & lifting
Ability to operate a pallet jack and other manual equipment within a warehouse environment
Good manual dexterity and ability to move quickly
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Requires safety shoes and safety glasses

Responsibilities

Seal and crate finished products to prepare for shipping
Operate pallet jack to stage products for shipping
Collaborate with other departments and teammates
Maintain a safe, clean & organized work area
Read work instructions, communicate effectively with other team members, and write work orders and emails
Assist in other areas within the quality department, as assigned by the Quality Supervisor
Be cross-trained to provide QC support within Inspection and MRB activities
Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business
Ensure an overriding commitment to quality in all areas of responsibility
Enable and drive change in the organization
