About The Position

Hatch Stamping is seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, handling parts throughout the production process, performing quality inspections, and preparing products for shipment. Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• No prior manufacturing experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Cut-resistant sleeves and gloves
• Safety glasses with side shields
• Safety-toed shoes
• Hearing protection

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production machines and equipment during operation.
• Unload finished parts from machines and production lines.
• Stack, sort, and package manufactured parts.
• Perform secondary operations such as welding, tapping, assembly, cleaning, and tumbling of parts.
• Remove products from containers or conveyors.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Pack products into designated cartons and containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.
