The 3M Valley plant is conveniently located just 10 miles west of Omaha, NE. As a Temporary Manufacturing Associate, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older upon hire to be considered for this position, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Producing quality products by following established procedures and customer requirements
Working as part of a team to meet production goals and support on-time delivery
Safely operating equipment and maintaining a clean, organized work area
Inspecting and packaging products to meet quality standards
Using basic production tools and computer systems to support daily operations
Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
Contributing to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement.
