Our teams design, build, and deliver world class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour — and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world. We're hiring Manufacturing Associates for our manufacturing team in Oak Creek, WI — and you don't need years of experience to get started. Bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, and we'll teach you the rest. You'll work with your hands, pick up real fabrication and repair skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in its work and looks out for each other.
Requirements

- The ability to follow instructions and work well on your own or as part of a crew
- Good time management in a fast-paced environment
- A safety-first mindset — you're dependable, reliable, and ready to contribute
- Physically ready for the work — able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout your shift; handle large, bulky vinyl materials; and work indoors (sometimes in wet or humid areas) and occasionally outdoors in varying temperatures
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including gloves and eye protection, for a full active shift
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Help fabricate the products and equipment that headline major events across the country
- Repair damaged product and equipment so it's ready for its next big show
- Inspect for quality and help make sure everything meets our standards before it heads out the door
- Keep inventory organized and stored right so the team can find what it needs, fast
- Move materials using hand trucks and other material handling equipment
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and ready for action
- Follow all safety rules, work rules, and company standards
