About The Position
Axiom Staffing Group is hiring for a manufacturing and distribution company on the southside of Jacksonville! Axiom Staffing is seeking career oriented assemblers to join their growing team! Knowledge of a Tape Measure and Hand Tools are required! If you are interested - please visit our office Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 2:00pm to onboard and take a drug test!
Requirements
- Previous Manufacturing or Assembly experience required.
- Knowledge of a Tape Measure and Hand Tools are required.
- Lifting over 75 lbs regularly throughout shift.
Responsibilities
- Report defective goods to the QA department promptly.
- Perform basic sanding on a wood lathe to ensure smooth finishes.
- Assemble parts using epoxy and super glue, ensuring strong and precise bonding.
- Load parts into CNC machinery, start cycles, and monitor performance.
- Perform turning and boring of parts using a manual lathe.
- Conduct detailed inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
