About The Position

The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates support production line operations by personalizing each unique order while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This role involves inspecting products, loading and unloading fixtures, operating machinery, and adhering to all PMall safety guidelines and standards.

Requirements

Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable working with hands-on tasks throughout the shift
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Flexible with scheduling during peak period

Responsibilities

Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines
Operate equipment used in various production areas
Load and unload equipment and fixtures as needed
Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on production equipment
Ensure all jobs are properly prepared and ready for equipment use
Read and match item labels to customer requests
Match colors, text, and products accurately
Continuously monitor product quality and report any issues
Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for improving productivity
Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to leadership
Follow direction from supervisors, managers, or assigned POCs
Assist in other departments as needed
Work both independently and as part of a team
Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
Follow all company policies and safety regulations
