About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. As the Manufacturing Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading supervisors, support staff, and manufacturing technicians to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Previous leadership experience
Appropriate acumen to successfully interact with Program Senior Management, Sr. Management, HR, and Union Leadership.
Demonstrated skills in team building and leading.
Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience
Proficient in SAP
Greenbelt Certification
Knowledge of CBA and interaction with Union Leadership
Experience in: First line supervision
Collective Bargaining Agreement
Programmatic/Operations cost and estimating
Driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities

Responsibilities
