Requirements

  • Experience in liquids storage, staging, mixing, and/or packaging
  • Experience in a GxP manufacturing environment
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Training in 5S, Yellow/Green Belt, Waste Reduction, Technical Writing

Responsibilities

  • Set up production equipment to produce in-process and finished products
  • Execute and monitor manufacturing processes according to operational procedures
  • Participate in cleaning of equipment and rooms as necessary
  • Handle, store, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements, using required safety equipment
  • Act as subject matter expert on equipment, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Establish task priorities based on current business needs
  • Participate in projects focused on process development, improvement, cost reduction, and new product manufacturing
  • Support changes and enhancements to procedures and process documentation
  • Provide and coordinate on-boarding and training of new employees
  • Perform batch record review and ensure GxP compliance
  • Provide inputs for work standardization, training, and best practices
