Requirements
- Experience in liquids storage, staging, mixing, and/or packaging
- Experience in a GxP manufacturing environment
- Competency in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
Nice To Haves
- Training in 5S, Yellow/Green Belt, Waste Reduction, Technical Writing
Responsibilities
- Set up production equipment to produce in-process and finished products
- Execute and monitor manufacturing processes according to operational procedures
- Participate in cleaning of equipment and rooms as necessary
- Handle, store, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements, using required safety equipment
- Act as subject matter expert on equipment, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Establish task priorities based on current business needs
- Participate in projects focused on process development, improvement, cost reduction, and new product manufacturing
- Support changes and enhancements to procedures and process documentation
- Provide and coordinate on-boarding and training of new employees
- Perform batch record review and ensure GxP compliance
- Provide inputs for work standardization, training, and best practices
