Manufacturing Associate I
About The Position
Assemble Safety Rail Company products per prints using hand or power tools. Package parts per instructions. Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication, including clocking in/out, inventory management, and job completion tracking. Safely operate machinery in the work cell when needed, such as saws, mills, and visual warning line machines. Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base. Mandatory overtime may be required when business conditions necessitate it. Adherence to the attendance policy is expected. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Familiar with hand tools and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.)
- Perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly
- Good dexterity to operate hand tools
- Normal vision with or without corrective lenses
- Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude
- Reliability and ability to maintain good attendance
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation
- Completion of necessary training requirements provided by SRC
