About The Position

This role involves manufacturing products/kits by following work orders, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality control. The associate will inspect parts, package them correctly with proper labeling, and work collaboratively with their team to ensure smooth operations on the production line. Responsibilities also include restocking work areas, daily cleanup, adhering to safety procedures, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Ability to read and understand work orders.
Understanding of verbal and written instruction.
Basic math and measurement skills related to production.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Experience using basic power and hand tools.
Several hours standing and moving.
Occasional lifting to 50 pounds, frequent lifting 30 pounds or less.
Limited exposure to environmental conditions typical of a production environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with air tools, calipers, and micrometers.

Responsibilities

Manufacture products/kits, following work orders and meeting or exceeding efficiencies.
Inspect parts for any defects ensuring quality control standards are met.
Package parts correctly, ensuring proper component quantities, materials, and labeling.
Work closely with your team, ensuring proper movement throughout the line.
Restocking and cleanup of work area(s) as needed, other duties as assigned.
Adhere to safety procedures, clean up of work area daily.
