About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate I assembles components according to manufacturing work instructions while meeting production efficiency and quality requirements. The role performs low-to-moderate assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing and clean-room environment, follows written and verbal directions, and works to established manufacturing standards. It also requires attention to detail, effective teamwork, good manufacturing practices and recordkeeping, and adherence to safety and cleanliness procedures. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, understand, and comprehend written and verbal directions in English.
High commitment to safety.
Close attention to detail.
Good judgment, a positive attitude, and a high level of initiative.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Good finger and hand dexterity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
