About The Position
Assemble Safety Rail Company products per prints using hand/power tools. Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication, including clocking, inventory, and job completion. Safely operate machinery in the work cell when needed, such as a saw, mill, or visual warning line machine. Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base. Mandatory overtime may be required when business conditions require it. Adherence to the attendance policy is expected. All other duties as required.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (75-100+ lbs.)
- Perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, sitting, walking, twisting, and standing regularly
- Good dexterity to operate hand tools
- Normal vision with or without corrective lenses
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to various conditions, including loud noise and hot temperatures
- Conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude
- Can make the daily commute to Spring Park, MN and maintain good attendance
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, full panel drug screening, and physical work simulation
- Completion of necessary training requirements provided by SRC
