Requirements

Experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, construction, or other hands-on environments.
Enjoy physical, active work and staying busy throughout the shift.
Dependable and committed to showing up and contributing to the team.

Can follow written instructions and work safely in a production environment.
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
Experience working in a print, packaging, paper converting, or production environment.
Knowledge of inventory, shipping, or production documentation processes.

Responsibilities

Support bindery production by staging, feeding, stacking, organizing, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process.
Prepare printed materials for finishing, packaging, and shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Sort, separate, and handle printed materials according to job specifications.
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, hoists, and other production support equipment.
Label, band, wrap, and secure finished products for storage, transfer, or customer shipment.
Complete production records and maintain accurate inventory and material tracking information.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
Work closely with operators and team members to keep production flowing safely and efficiently.
Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work environment.
