About The Position
This role involves training to lace coil assemblies, working with specialized tools, and ensuring every unit meets quality standards before it leaves the floor. It is not repetitive line work. The role supports night shift operations with a typical schedule of 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM. Overtime is common due to business growth, offering strong earning potential.

- Assemble coil components using lacing techniques
