About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing/Assembly/Warehouse Team Member to join their team in Tempe, AZ. This role is integral to the fabrication process of the DOC Band®, a custom-made cranial orthotic product for babies to correct cranial asymmetry. The company is looking for individuals with strong visual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with their hands. There are two specific openings: one for the Milling team, which involves working with HAAS Mills, and another for the Vacuum Forming team. Team members will work in a dynamic group of employees passionate about their work and dedicated to the babies they treat. The environment is described as invigorating, with an interest in learning in a collaborative setting and a positive attitude being key.

Cranial Technologies offers an outstanding work environment, including working Monday through Friday with no shift work, no nights, and rare weekend work. Training is provided for a typical 4-6 week period. The work is performed indoors in an air-conditioned and clean fabricating area.
