About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our growing team in Salt Lake City. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has an interest in technology, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly. You will assist with the assembly, setup, testing, and calibration of advanced driving simulators used by customers around the world. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and installation of driving simulator systems.
• Support testing, calibration, and quality inspections of finished products.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards to ensure reliable performance.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic assembly issues.
