About The Position

Bridge Masters, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join their innovative team in building their patented Titan T3 Under-Bridge Units. This role offers hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, moving beyond a repetitive assembly-line function. The company, a leader in the utility construction industry since 2002 and based in Redmond, Oregon, is a family-owned business specializing in under-bridge access solutions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated team player – Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working around forklifts and mobile machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a criminal background check and DOT-level drug screening
• Clean driving record required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hand tools and assembly is a plus
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, or fabrication work (preferred but not required—we’re willing to train!)

Responsibilities

• Assemble machine components using hand tools and manufacturing instructions
• Install electrical and hydraulic systems
• Assist with warehouse operations, material handling, and quality control
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and adhere to PPE requirements
• Light travel may be required for paid training or errands
