About The Position

Earn $22.50/hr with 1 dollar shift differential in our climate-controlled Factory in Waunakee, WI We're looking for team members to join our fun, collaborative, rewarding, innovative, and people centric team. RenewAire teammates positively impact both the people and the planet, by assembling large Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, and other commercial buildings, that deliver fresh air efficiently. Each day offers variety and a sense of accomplishment as you assemble millions of configurations from start to finish with teammates in your assembly production cell. You will read schematics to assemble sheet metal walls, roofs and doors, install dampers and electrical wiring and controls. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 Years relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent
• Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements
• Familiarity with portable power tools (drill, rivet gun, etc.) and machine tools (bandsaw, chop saw, etc.)
• The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Clear communicators both written and spoken
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, and focused on teamwork
• Give and receive constructive feedback with a positive, solution-minded attitude
