About The Position

iWorkforce Solutions (iWS) is seeking motivated individuals for entry-level Manufacturing and Assembly roles. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components according to engineering specifications while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industrial experience and cross-train across multiple production areas.

Requirements

• No prior experience or formal education required-entry-level candidates are welcome!
• Strong communication skills (ability to speak, read, and write English preferred).
• High flexibility and availability to work extended daily hours and weekends.
• Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility (no air conditioning).
• Adaptability and a strong desire to learn and cross-train in different production areas.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) upon hire.
• Completion of a background check and/or drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, in accordance with local laws and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble screens and parts to engineering specifications in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
• Duties include trimming, marking, boxing, crating, and cutting materials (screen and steel) to length.
• Inspect finished parts and components to ensure exact dimensional accuracy and quantity.
• Properly store equipment, tools, and materials; utilize tools such as grinders as necessary.
• Maintain a willingness to cross-train into various production departments to support changing manufacturing schedules.
• Assist with routine plant housekeeping duties, including sweeping, emptying trash barrels, and ensuring proper chemical storage.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and environmental policies, utilize mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly report any safety hazards or injuries.
